Terms & Conditions
OCCUPANCY POLICY
- Each villa accommodates a maximum of six (6) persons.
- Children above six (6) years old are considered as one adult.
- If occupancy exceeds the maximum capacity, management reserves the right to apply additional charges or relocate guests to another villa subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation terms follow the policy stated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation, date changes, or no-shows may incur charges in accordance with the applicable policy.
- Early departures, including shortening the stay duration upon arrival or during the stay, will be considered non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests upon arrival are subject to villa availability and may result in rate adjustments.
- To confirm a reservation, guests are required to complete payment according to the terms stated in the invoice.
- Payment is considered valid once funds are received in Khastana’s official bank account.
- Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received within the specified deadline.
COMFORT & CONDUCT POLICY
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- Consuming strong-smelling food inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
- Large speakers, party equipment, portable sound systems, or any items that may disturb other guests are not allowed.
- To maintain comfort and respect the surrounding Tegalsuci community, guests are kindly requested to avoid noise disturbances after 9:00 PM (WITA).
- Pets are not allowed within the villa premises.
LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to villa property during their stay.
- Replacement costs will be charged according to the assessed loss and breakage fee.
